Race City Defense offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date the gun was shipped. Our warranty does
not cover overpressure from improper ammunition.

Compliance with Applicable Laws and Regulations
Possession and sale/resale of products sold on this website are subject to federal, state, and local laws, including U.S. export regulations. By making a purchase from this website, the purchaser represents and warrants that the purchaser 1) is at least 18 years of age; 2) is not prohibited by federal, state, or local law or regulation from purchasing or possessing a firearm or the products purchased from this website; 3) will comply with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations, including California’s Firearm Industry Responsibility Act, and will not provide any product purchased from this website to any person who is prohibited by federal, state, or local law or regulation from possessing or receiving the product; and 4) will not export, sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of any product purchased from this website in any other country without first obtaining approval from the U.S. government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations. Shipping Information
Orders for products ship USPS Mail with delivery confirmation. With some exceptions on heavier items being noted on website. Larger value orders for products ship via FedEx or UPS with a tracking number and may require a signature upon delivery. You will receive tracking information via email when your package ships. Race City Defense reserves the right to change and alter shipping methods from those selected at checkout without notice. Some exceptions of products that may be shipped USPS Priority Mail would be packages shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories.
Firearms Shipping & FFL Requirements
Firearms may only be shipped to valid FFL holders. Federal law requires all modern firearms be shipped to a holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Any person who is legally allowed to own a firearm is legally allowed to ship it to an FFL holder for any legal purpose (including sale or resale).
Here is what the ATF “Federal Firearms Regulations Reference Guide” (ATF P 5300.4) says:
(B9) May a nonlicensee ship a firearm by carrier? A nonlicensee may ship a firearm by carrier to a resident of his or her own state or to a licensee in any state. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. In addition, Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment contains a firearm and prohibits common or contract carriers from requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating that it contains a firearm.
(B8) May a nonlicensee ship a firearm through the U.S. Postal Service? A nonlicensee may mail a shotgun or rifle to a resident of his or her own state or to a licensee in any state. Handguns are not mailable. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. A nonlicensee may not transfer any firearm to a nonlicensed resident of another state. The Postal Service recommends that long guns be sent by registered mail and that no marking of any kind which would indicate the nature of the contents be placed on the outside of any parcel containing firearms.
The section of the U.S. Code governing modern firearms is called Commerce in Firearms and Ammunition (CFA). When in doubt, we suggest arranging for transfer through a licensed (FFL) dealer. Violation of the CFA is a felony, and penalties for violation are severe.
Return Information
Race City Defense. offers a 30-day return of products for either an In-Store Credit to your customer account or credit card refund policy. You must contact Race City Defense. via email prior sending your product back for return or refund to receive a RMA number. All returns must include the original receipt and invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and RMA number. Returns and refunds may take up to two weeks, not including transit times.
In-Store Credits are not assessed a restocking fee.
Items that are unused and in the original sealed packaging can be returned for a credit card refund subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the product and packaging has been opened, the credit card refund is subject to a 25% restocking fee, or may be rejected. The return must include accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products that are not eligible for returns are custom configured products, used products, all clothing items, special orders, and items sold “as is” or “used”.
If you wish to exchange the unused, uninstalled, and unopened items, you will receive an in store credit for the returned products. The in store credit will be issued via email and can be applied toward future purchases.
It is recommended that you return merchandise with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Race City Defense. cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us. Please note that the USPS Priority Mail will only initiate a trace on packages after a 30-day waiting period.
Corporate Credit or Debit Policy ACH
Authorization to Debit Vendor’s Bank Account for Direct Ordering Fees
1.1 Vendor authorizes Race City Defense through its payment provider to initiate ACH debits from the Vendor’s specified bank account with the following fee structure: Marketplace Fee: 3% of the total gross sales processed for Vendor through the Race City Defense Marketplace.
1.2. Debit Frequency: Debits will occur on a recurring basis, not less than once per week and not more than once per day, depending on Vendor’s processing volume.
1.3. Variable Amount Authorization: Vendor acknowledges and agrees that each debit amount will vary based on actual sales activity for the applicable settlement period. Vendor agrees that each debit initiated under this authorization shall be treated as though it were signed and authorized by Vendor in writing.
1.4. Identification of Originators. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that: Race City Defense preferred merchant service will act as the primary Originator and processor-of-record, via its then-current payment processor initiating ACH debits on Race City Defense’s behalf, and that both entities are jointly initiating and processing ACH debit entries in accordance with Nacha rules.
1.5. Vendor Bank Account Information: Vendor shall provide the appropriate bank account information promptly upon request of Race City Defense including, Bank Name, Routing Number, Account Number, and Account type (e.g. Business Checking, Business Savings). A voided check or bank verification letter may be required.
1.6. Representations. Vendor represents that: (a) the account it provides is a business account, (b) Vendor has the authority to permit B2B CCD debits, (c) Vendor understands this authorization is governed by the Nacha Operating Rules, and (d) Vendor agrees to comply with the Straddle Payment Services Agreement incorporated into this Agreement.
1.7. Digital Acceptance & Recordkeeping. If this form is executed electronically: Vendor’s digital signature, checkbox selection, or submission constitutes valid execution. Race City Defense will capture and store IP address, timestamp, account info, consent action, and authorization record to maintain Nacha compliance.
1.8. Revocation of Authorization. Vendor may revoke this authorization by providing written notice to Race City Defense at support@racecitydefense.com at least three (3) business days before the next scheduled debit. Revocation does not relieve Vendor of amounts owed or fees already accrued.
1.9. ACH Return Fee. Vendor agrees that any returned or rejected debit may result in a $30 return/NSF fee and immediate suspension of payouts or marketplace access until the account is brought current. 1.10. Duration of Authorization. This authorization remains in effect until: Vendor provides a valid revocation under Section 6; and all outstanding marketplace, processing, or platform fees owed to Race City Defense are paid in full.
Privacy Policy
Race City Defense does not retain any payment information collected from our customers, and all information collected during a sale is securely processed and not released to other merchants, vendors, individuals, etc. The personally identifiable information you provide us and information about your order may be combined with additional personally identifiable information (such as demographic information and past purchase history) from our records and other sources. We also use Pixel Tags(or similar) to collect additional information regarding your browsing experience. This information will make our future marketing efforts more efficient and provide you with a more relevant and timely brand and shopping experience. This information may also be shared with our third-party service providers who assist us with our marketing efforts and with other marketers whose products or services we feel may interest you.
